2. Scope and Agreement

By placing an order on this website or purchasing in our store, you enter into a contract with the trader named above. These terms apply together with our Shipping Information, Returns & Withdrawal policy, and Privacy Policy.

If you are a consumer (an individual acting for purposes outside your trade, business, or profession), mandatory consumer protection rules of Estonia and the European Union apply and cannot be limited by these terms.

3. Products

Arabia Essence specialises in authentic Arabic fragrances. All products are genuine and sourced through authorised channels. Product images and descriptions are for guidance; packaging may vary slightly by batch or region.

4. Prices, VAT, and Payment

All prices displayed on this website are in euros (EUR). For consumers in Estonia and the EU, prices include value added tax (VAT) at the applicable rate (currently 24% in Estonia unless otherwise stated).

The total price payable, including product price, VAT, and delivery costs, is shown clearly before you confirm your order at checkout, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Payment is processed securely through our certified payment partners.

5. Ordering and Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or manifest pricing errors, and will refund any payment received.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms, estimated timeframes, and shipping costs are set out on our Shipping Information page. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the address you provide.

7. Returns

Unused, factory-sealed goods purchased on this website may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The period starts on the day you, or a person you name (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

Opened perfume and other unsealed cosmetics cannot be returned, except when the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one. Testers, samples, and decants are not returnable.

Unless the goods are faulty or we sent the wrong item, you pay the cost of returning them to Estonia. We do not provide prepaid return labels. How to start a return, refund timing, and the model form are on our Returns page.

8. Faulty or damaged goods

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund it. Consumer goods are covered for two years from delivery.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by the trader or used under licence and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Estonian or EU law. Subject to this, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant products, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. For consumers resident in the EU, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Disputes may be submitted to the courts of Estonia. EU consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where permitted by EU law.
