Orders placed Monday–Friday (excluding Estonian public holidays) are prepared in Tallinn. The delivery times below start after we send the parcel, not from the moment you pay.

Prices and VAT
Product prices shown on our website include VAT at the applicable rate for consumers in Estonia and the EU (currently 24% in Estonia). The final order total, including delivery charges, is confirmed on the checkout page before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information where available. You can follow your parcel through the carrier's website.
Delivery & Risk of Loss
Goods are delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable consumer law.
Packaging
Fragrances are packed securely to minimise damage in transit. Bottles are protected with appropriate padding and outer packaging.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us promptly with your order number and photos. You may have rights under the legal guarantee of conformity — see our Returns & Withdrawal page.
